2) Don't use the Restorative Dental Group of Cambridge -- they're wonderful, but they cost $100 for a regular cleaning, no X-rays, and I didn't even see the Dr. just the hygienist!
I'm interested in seeing what you find. I plan on going to el cheapo dentist -- I have no dentist phobia and take care of my teeth pretty well, including flossing -- once a year, not twice.
I hope I get partial credit for my answer to #2!
