Omlette with freshly sauteed mushrooms, sharp cheddar, and eggs from Wilson's Farm (the freshest I've ever found not from my aunt who has chickens in her back yard). Ciabatta bread bought fresh yesterday, so still very pliable- lightly toasted. One slice with just butter, one with butter and strawberry jam (how very french!) and one with Neutella. Freshly ground and brewed coffee. This may well be the best breakfast evar! Ready, set, craft!
