Time to procrastinate, so I update.

It has been an odd week with purple_terror being off dallying in the UK with his folks. For once I've been staying home with the spousal unit, which has been a very nice treat. The only major socializing I've done was on Saturday. I went to a party, had major house envy, hung out with some pretty cool folk, and stayed out much later than usual.
Yesterday was my 6th anniversary with quiet_elegance. We had a very low-key day, cooked not at all, drove around amazingly pretty back roads, did some light shopping, and that was quite good. I simply have to remember that Victoria's Secret is an evil place created to make women more neurotic. (Tried on about 5 bras all labeled the same size, except the last one felt 2 sizes smaller in the ribs, so I know for a fact that they are actively out to get women in the bad way). Despite the small glitch and the immediate blood sugar crash, spouse appreciation day was a smashing success.
