Success

The shirt shindig yielded 100% awesome shirts. I can't say there's a single one that I'm not proud to say I helped make. I don't think any of us really had too much in the way of experience with silkscreening before we started this- I'd done one run in May at my mom's but I let her lead on what was done.
Like all projects involving precise output, a lot of engineering had to be done- my dear spouse whipped up an armature upon which to do the silk screening- We poor sods did not have the benefit of his presence when we did the shirts ourselves, so modifications had to be made to get it to roll the way we needed it to. We also discovered exactly how much wood expands when it's moist. It was, so our securing device (screen to armature) being removable dowel rods- had to be subsituted for a bisected #2 pencil, which ended up working very nicely indeed.
Everyone pretty much pitched in, but particularly-

mangosteen: entertainment and happy distraction, as usual (very valid, dontchaknow)

Thanks again to all. Shirts still need setting, but soon they will be entirely ready. Woo! Oh, and we have enough supplies to do a second printing at some point and this next time with minimal fuss now that we've worked out all the problems
