- Spazzy kids in the ice cream parlor
+ kids suddenly becoming self aware of behavior and modifying because of my body language
+ rewarding them with humor/banter
+ finding out my cousin and his family will be in NYC this weekend- an unexpected twist.
- first attempt at shoe shopping
+ plan to continue tomorrow with optimism

- florescent lights in my no-sunshine office
+ likely that boss will be willing to throw $ at it and make it better
