Ok. Dubleyou-Tee-Eff, Man?
My 2 year old printer at work refuses to see ink. It's there. It's new. I'm waiting for Epson to email me back with an answer.
I have been meaning to pick up ink for our printer at home. I do so. Made very sure I was buying the right one. I go home. I install the cartridge. I close the lid. The carriage that holds the ink pods SLAAAAAMS into the wrong side of the machine where it ought never go. Uh...?! Then it does it again. And again.
purple_terror comes home and attempts to fiddle with it. The printer takes a bite out of his hand. It draws blood. It continues to slam into the far side of the inside of the printer until it finally succeeds in this suicide attempt and a part falls off. I'm exceptionally grateful it didn't take us with it. I think the printer will not be revived. It was a free printer, so it's fulfilled its usefulness, but now I have a 30 dollar pod of ink that I feel a need to use and nothing to put into it. Honestly, though, I'm afraid to try again today. Or even this week. Methinks I'll look on Craigslist to find a printer that goes with a Lexmark 70 black pod. Or, if anyone needs a pod of said ink, I'll sell it to you.
Um.... May I have a do-over? 'Kthnxbye.
