ISO: web page manager
One of the organizations (non-profit/charitable) in my building here at work is looking for someone who can maintain their site: add content when needed via FTP. From what it sounds like, it's raw code that gets put up rather than through a system like Express Engine or the countless other easier ways to deal with a web site. It may be that they can be convinced to re-tool the whole thing, considering there are easier ways to deal.
At this point, if it's just maintenance, it's an estimated 5 hours a month needed. So, let me know if one of you do that or have a good suggestion as to where they can go.
