Baby Update (Just shy of 1 year/3 months)

My last post mostly sums it up, but with the additions of 

• Hi (haaaah) No (neeeeeh) Animal noises now include tiger (rawrrawr!), cow says mmmmmeh, and purple_terror's trying to get him to make pirate Arrrr noises. He definitely has a wider animal noise vocabulary than English one. My mom pointed out to me yesterday that I did the same thing at his age. I'm entirely amused. 
• Most animals are bears, most birds are ducks, but he corrected a bit when I tried to explain goose, not duck. 
• Hearing the word wave, and waving
• If I'm doing something that's not 100% paying attention to him, his favorite tactic to get me to focus is to hand me a book. Cle-ver. It's like... he knows. 
• More/better mimicking. Preferably if I'm doing something silly like shaking my head and making noises. Best kind of baby humor. 
• The long awaited 15-16th teeth showed up.
• Massively improved walking. When he's let go to explore (usually wandering around town- today was Harvard Yard), he gets very grumpy with being picked up or put back in his stroller. At some point, I'd like to see how far that lasts before he tires out. The obvious problem is that I'll fall over first. 
• The downside is the headstrong, zomg, and sleep regression. I'm chalking it up to his brain growing so fast, he just can't stay asleep. 

Hm. I guess that's it for now. Yay for hot tubs. (Why am I still sitting here?!)
