Not a pain slut. aka: dental visit

Again: I've been told to floss more. As I sat quietly writhing in horrible (not sexy) pain with metal instruments being jabbed repeatedly at anatomy NOT meant to be jabbed, I reflected that this was instant karma. I treated my mouth haphazardly didn't floss enough for a fair portion of the time between cleanings, now I pay the piper. Safe to say, it'll always suck to some degree- at least at this dentist- but does it have to suck this much? Probably not.
Also: one of my more geriatric fillings broke sometime between then and now and it'll be replaced on Wednesday afternoon. Oh boy. Let's add novocaine and needles to the mix! Better that than none, I suppose.

But holy shit, my teeth are BEAUTIFUL-WHITE-OMG.
