It may have been too buried in a long comment for you, but I did cover this point above- I don't have anything higher than 11%, which at least for me isn't high. What I didn't say was, in order to get at that, the highest, I'd have to pay off the majority of that card. They pay off the stuff that's lower APR first. Of course!
