[livejournal.com profile] purple_terror  not only brought back lovely presents, but a 12 hour stomach bug (I hope only 12 hour). He's no longer parchment pale, rather pink eared and cheeked like expect from him. His dad had been very ill all week, but then when his mom got the same thing last night 'round the same time as K... yeah. Not food poisoning as originally thought. Saturday food-based errands have been done- and in record time. All frequently touched surfaces bathed in bleach and I'm somewhat paranoid about washing my hands now.

I wish I knew the incubation. He went home on Tuesday evening and returned yesterday night. FWIW, I've had limited contact with people since he came home, so I don' t think I'll be exposing too many others.

Oh yeah, the stomach bug...

This thing has been going around. E had it at the beginning of the month. My sister and nephew got it and about a week later her husband got it. Other families I know have been hit. It's awful, but fast. Usually at least one or two people remain unscathed per family. Good luck avoiding it!
