The Article That Doesn't Cover Everything Of Course
Basically, landowner doesn't want to have the rules changed, so judge gets involved to keep my uncle from voting. Wow. I smell the wreak of meddling and payoffs.
I hope my uncle can see this through and be able to do his job of representing his ward.
