mizarchivistI spent an hour and a half talking to my Puerto Rican landlord who's living (long term) in the Irish countryside with his German wife and 2 kids. I think this Unicorn House may be real, after all.
We are likely to sign papers sometime between Tuesday and Thursdsay. More details when it's not time for me to have some LUNCH.
