OK.
I need to figure a better method of keeping track of people who're visiting.
Are you a person who'll be visiting me this week? This isn't necessarily a request for more, just a confirmation of those who've said something already.
I already know that Monday is BUSY, as is Wednesday.
I figure by the time I get a handle on this, I'll not be on maternity leave.

On the up side, yesterday was pretty kick ass in the ways of sorting things that need sorting. purple_terror made my 2x3 cube unit for me, where I'm storing baby stuff. I've found homes for electronics and unwanted book cases, so I don't have to call the Vets this time, but wait for the friends who want and have claimed the objects to make good on their claims. The results of this mean that I will not have piles of stuff in my office or on the porch very very soon. I'm hoping quiet_elegance will do something about the walnut coffee table (also on porch).  Progress! Now if I can manage to get a gliding rocking chair, the house will have shifted to about comfy. I'd have the rocker ordered already except I need to so sit in them to make sure they fit my proportions of short.

Have you thought about using GCalendar for this little tracking problem? You could share the linky with people, indicate on it that you're "Busy" (so people don't ask to visit during that time slot) and you could indicate when you are "available".

I'd be happy to help you set it up, if'n you don't have any spoons left.
