Crime Fighter, 4 months

mizarchivistWell, this kid just keeps growing and growing. I stopped keeping track of his age in weeks a while ago and round up as appropriate. I mean, really- anything much past 8-10 weeks? Hah.
He's gotten very verbal, which can be hard on the ear drums, but it's usually happy babble.
But please, for the love of the gods, give the boy his keys (or whatever) back if he drops them. It's become an epic sadness to not hold them. It was pretty startling that first day to have him get suddenly quite upset and have it go away just as fast with the return of the dropped keys.
He still doesn't respond to his name at all, however yesterday there was quite a breakthrough: he reached for me when someone else was holding him! Wow!
The grandparents arrive tomorrow for the long weekend, so between their interaction and my week off, there will be an uptick in Flickr and YouTube posts.
