I think I'm a week early, but who cares

mizarchivistWilson Farm had mini pallets of strawberries at a rather reasonable price, so they were procured on impulse. Oops!
I am hoping to preserve them long enough to take to Hot Foods, but no promises there.
I also got the necessary type of caramel (solid at room temp.) to make my own version of Take 5 bars but with dark chocolate. This and the strawberres: VERY good.
