The in-law's farm paperwork for taxes are STILL not to our accountant in MA.

There is no excuse. Was going to be taken care of about 3 weeks ago, which by my standard is a full month later than ideal. Death to Ohio accountant.

I'm waiting to talk to my mother in law, as I am not so dumb as to think I can converse with the paper-pusher bastard or even his secretary. Still need the forms, so no burning the bridges or the scrotum. Yet. April 16th is another matter.

(pause)

Ok. Talked to MIL. I didn't get a promise that OH Acct. will be killed for me, but supposedly forms will be emailed w/in the hour.

Well, we have to wait until we get the form, then I might take you up on it....

Procrastination coupled with finance is one of those things that makes me feel homicidal.

Perhaps I could drop by and <knuckles cracking in the background to the next phrase>persuade this accountant <the casual noises of a gun being checked for readiness> that these papers should be delivered in a more expeditious manner, then.
