Messing with the Disk Jockey's Head

Note to DJ: Dude, NOT talking about you, so ya know--- meaning the profession not the person. :)

So, WZLX was hanging around Park St. this morning as DJs do from time to time- they were promoting this date a DJ contest that's happening. Go out on a limo ride, get some jewelry, eat dinner with Steve Sweeney, classic rock morning DJ.... so I ask DJ Tank if Steve minds if I'm married. Typically, it made a difference. I told him that I didn't think my husband would mind (and I asked, he really didn't!)
Tank had to go off and talk to the guys in the studio, so I never got a chance to ask if sex was a requisite part of the deal, which would have been the breaking part of the deal. I've seen some cute DJs, but many of 'em are in radio for a reason.

Ohhhhh well. No tacky jewelry and steak dinner for me. *sniff sniff* Not even a damn T-shirt!!

In other news, I'm getting out of work early for dead man on a stick day. Anyone in town want to have lunch?
