Isn't that... interesting!
Point the first: T1 at work is still pulling a Sybil routine. It's dodgy enough that AIM's been not an option for several hours. I've been cut off from 2 phone conversations today, and I'm so not thrilled.
Point the second: That 2nd killed call was my dad telling me about the class he's taking - it's what he does to keep himself alert and informed these days since he's semi-retired/self-employed/work at home. One of the guys in the class is The Ex's step-brother**, E., who is still doing photography as he did in high school.
**Backstory 2 sets of brothers in the blended family: EV, BV, DKJ, EDJ. EV and DKJ were in the same grade, ditto the younger set. My intro to the family was BV in sophomore year of high school since we were in at least 2 classes together and he was a cool slacker. EDJ was in a class or 2 as well, but very introverted and extremely difficult to get to know. EV entered the mix randomly, DKJ- the ex- last and ... that's a different story. But they always seemed to be somewhat of a phenomena at school given the usual closeness in ages. And they had great parties. Anyway, E. and I were never more than friendly acquaintences.
So- no idea what will come of my pinging E, but it'd be cool to have him say hi back. Just in case: "Hi!"
