I've been in a very good mood all day, which is always good no matter what the date is. I found some humorous card fodder via Fark and it made quiet_elegance laugh for more than 15 seconds (in this case, that's a good thing). purple_terror is out with one of our favorite cute redheaded girls, so he's not seen his yet.
I came home to find my spousal unit got paid and decided to spoil the living hell out of me. Watch me squeal! My honey rocks. We had a very tasty homemade dinner, then Bertucci's sampler plate for dessert.

OK, here's a weird connection. Your juxtaposition of dessert and "my honey rocks" made me remember Sweet Honey in the Rock whom I saw once, long ago, and haven't really thought about much since. I'm not a big gospel fan, but I remember them being pretty good.
