It's... Aliiiive!

I have named my laptop Locutus, Laptop of Borg. It's one of those cute Sony slim jobbies. It thus far has an external wireless hoozit and thanks to the awesome purple_terror, has an external hard drive. But, since there's only 2 USB ports and no disk drives to speak of, it's all over sticky out bits and wires and stuff. Once I have a portable external disk burner, his transformation will be complete. It does rather defeat the purpose of it being such a slim and sleek machine, but... a girl's gotta make do with what she's got.

There's more to say on this, but my brain is mud. Zonk. Heee. Locutus.

I have a pcmcia usb2 2 port card for it. In English it give you 2 high speed usb ports out the left side. :)

But Locutus never had purple magnesium alloy, he should be so lucky.

Some hub was so happening soon. Not being able to have ipod, hard drive and wireless has become A Thing. Yay hubs!! (see you in a few hours)

And thanks again for letting me adopt Locutus. I might speak severely to him from time to time, but really I love him. Tough love, that's it.
