HEY YOU GUUUUUYS!

So, a week ago last Friday/Saturday, the guys and I discovered that Nogin has retro kids shows very late at night- at least on Friday/Saturday, including The Electric Company!

I was amazed how much of it was familiar- I didn't remember every word to the theme song, but the cast intro during it was disconcerting. How many of you knew Morgan Freeman and Bill Cosby were on TEC?

Since we can, we stuck TEC into Replay to record, so we watched more last night.
There are so many good things about that show- the adults are a bit goofy, but otherwise very cool. They used funk for just about all the background and incidental music. Yeah, it's as low-tech as it gets; kids today probably wouldn't give it a second look, but watching it makes me remember what it was like to be 3 or 4.

Sw- ... -eet
sweet!
