Thunk.
I will be very glad when it's Sunday and we're actually doing the art rather than me preparing for the art. I finally ordered ze shirts for them's that care yesterday. I hope very much that they show up by Saturday, otherwise -kaboom- n' stuff. I would have ordered mid last week, save for the "one last thing and one last thing" that seems chronic with most projects and this round in particular.

It's gonna be pretty busy pretty soon: Neil Gaiman's doing his thing on Friday- happily I bought tix and that's a done deal. Saturday there's a party to go to, for which I should bake a cake. Sunday is the shirt thing. Monday is [livejournal.com profile] purple_terror's birthday. The household is headed down to NYC for some touring around and Spamalot on Tuesday. Return from NYC Wednesday.

Serenity opens on edit: the following Friday (30th). I haven't had dim sum since the last preview, so my intention is to have dinner in Chinatown then go to the Commons moviehouse. I'll probably say something more specific about that plan sometime 'round Wednesday afternoon since one must determine which show to go to and all. I wonder if they'll give it 2 screens? Nahhhh. But it'd be cool if they did.

My current issue with my iPod is as follows. It seems to think that its temp file is corrupted and that I should run "chkdsk" utility to fix this. Well, I've yet to find a means to run *any* utility via iTunes/iPod. I did just download the latest software for iPod in the hopes that would help. It also allows one to wipe it clean to factory specs, which is my default fix (after I copy all the music I have on it- I figured the software to do that last month).
Has anyone out there run across this and fixed it without doing a clean sweep?
