The first one was more subdued, but both of them are freakin fabulous.

Thankee! I'm thinking of doing one that's a very subtle swirly in variations of gray/silver/black Or something else that's mostly monochromatic.

Oh wow...I LOVE the rainbow swirly one! It's like van Gogh decided to do diversity themed things.
Is that an Altoids sours tin? I was afraid to use those because of the uneven surface on top. Looks like it worked fine.

I think it once had tea in and came from Tealuxe or the like. It was a very smooth surface. I'm leery of the round altoid tins, to, but we'll see!

Ooooh, that's purdy! How did you do the small dots of color on the lid? Meticulously sliced rounds from a rod? That's hardcore.
Now I'm going back and seeing if I can get to the other set.

I had a line of about 6-8 of the canes. They mostly stick together when they're cut in a line, so it's mostly maneuvering the row once cut. But yeah, it was a bit tedious.

shiny and makes me think of rainbows and candy melted together on a spinny swirly paint machine.

I haven't played with polymer clay in a long time but looking through your gallery is making my fingers itchy.

Or some shiny links that make her reach for the box with the polymer clay in it..,
