Back on the Lactagen plan
So, since the mono wiped out my ability to tolerate milk (you need to keep ingesting milk products to keep the microbes alive), I rebought the cure. They request I not ingest milky goodness while I'm on. The problem? My staple breakfast food is yogurt and granola. Mind you, live culture yogurt and I recall 3 years ago I went ahead with it anyway, but any suggestions on other options? I loved the granola best because it doesn't give me the carb crash (bagel) and it's not greasy (eggs).
I think I'll call and ask about the yogurt at least.
