Happy birthday to my Aunt Wendy! I hope she enjoys her celebratory banana cream pie
I've always been inordinately pleased by the one week span between Wendy's and my birthday.
This time next week I'll officially begin a very symmetrical year: 33.

And skating!!! I think I have about 43-44 people who've given me pretty definitive positives. It's strange- normally, I avoid crowds. This time I'm really looking forward to having the rink filled with my friends. I'm also feeling quite relaxed about last minute changes in RSVP status- moreso than usual.

Despite the trim I got yesterday, my hair is as longas it's been in years. The grow out project progresses nicely. Timeline:

Observation 1: winter pallor doesn't suit me
Observation 2: Yarr, I be a GIRLY girl.  Again.
