Bollywood Class : Success

I went to World Rhythms for Bollywood dancing, and it was a lot of fun. It was a hugely aerobic hour, although noire promises it's not always like that. I'd be OK if it was- it's good to have something to push me further than I would be on my own as I usually am. I've been bored with they gym and this should mitigate a bitsy.

Anyone else want to check it out next week or the near future? Drop ins seem to be not only OK, but encouraged. The site is sub-par at this stage, but the class is worth a bit of hassle.

Oh, it's always aerobic, just not always quite as intense as tonight! I don't mind being able to breathe and not being covered in sweat. *grin* See you next week!
