Presumably a new series. Personally, I'd love to see Joss given a chance on cable, because he doesn't have to deliver the same number of viewers and might get more leeway/episodes to establish. Although he would have to work with a smaller budget. And I could totally see something like Dollhouse or Firefly fitting in at FX...
