Food Experiment: No Sugar Added, Day 1.
I've gotten tired of sugar cravings. So, on
lifecollage 's suggestion, I'm cutting out refined sugar for a week and hopefully reset my system. So, no white/brown sugar, molasses, maple syrup. I'll keep some honey, agave, and fruit.
I'm glad for very good pineapple but seriously, it's not chocolate cake.

Of course, I've fallen right back off the wagon for times than I can count. I've decided that life with no refined sugar at all is not fun. So I only have a little in general.
