Close, but... [almost labor]

We (quiet_elegance and primal_pastry) went to the hospital last night when my contractions were 5 min. apart. But after hours, no dilation progress at all, it's just stalled out


Home now. The medial opinion is this will sort itself out by Monday.
In the meantime, I'm really tired, sore, nervous and trying not to be too discouraged. There've been lots of naps. food is problematic, but there are fresh supplies, at least. Very similar to flu like problems in aches and how food is sort of required but awful.

I found simple pasta to be something I could tolerate. You are about to go through something that takes the energy of a marathon runner. Despite what you've been doing for food I recommend carb loading with some protein.
