I love tapas
Going out with the adults of our house for Solea's tapas was delicious (except for the anchovies), and the drinks were equally delicious, but it was really the act of going out with my family and having a fun and relaxed evening that I'm loving most. The motivation behind the meal was to hammer out the housing plans that are coming together, but in the end there wasn't that much to sort out. Mostly because we're on the same page. Also awesome.
I think I can safely mention at this point that when we move,
asciikitty'll be making that new address her home base. (eee, yay!)
ETA: Protip for the drunk tool outside a bar on Moody Street: you calling me a lesbian? Not an insult. It took me several yards walking past him to realize his retort was supposed to in some way make me sad. (I was not so subtly point out he was talking loudly on the street by agreeing vociferously with whatever it was he was saying- a luxury of being me and having 3 very capable people as backup, 1 of whom is great because nobody'd see it coming from her.) Nice to feel safe and nice to be not thrown off by his attempts.
