I realized my brain-gremlins woke up and started a party in my cranium when I wasn't paying attention. I'm trying to claw my way out of this mopey state, now that I figured out what was happening. I definitely chalk this one up to monthly hormone cycle. It doesn't happen every month, so when I get it like this, I don't realize as quickly as I might otherwise where the despair is coming from.

So in the spirit of getting over it: Here are some things that are good and happy-making...

  • It's [livejournal.com profile] fubar's birthday!

  • Crime Fighter loves his new to him Rody horse. He was feeding it his oatmeal bar breakfast this morning.

  • I've come up with a viable method to finish my smooth surface clay projects (automotive grade wet/dry sandpaper, fine grits, and floor polish).

  • The toggle jewelry is going very well- I need to work on the structural integrity issues and find thicker jersey material for the "chain"/connector part.

  • (ETA) I just registered for Arisia art show.

What's happy-making for you this week?

Glad you were able to rectify the brain weasels, at least a bit.

This week has been pretty ucky at our household. Nothing really tragic - that's been happening to people I know who are not my family.
