Nice send-off

So, quiet_elegance's boss ...well, ex-boss now, is a complete tool.
He shafts qe for a large part of his work for last week, has had a history of double-to-triple booking his appointments, ignoring qe's suggestions, frustrations. Cheap as hell except when it comes to fixing up his house or sending his kids to college. Well, yeah. He went from decent to monster boss over the past year, particularly.
The final straw, after the unannounced week hour-cut for last week was when he told qe to ignore the "check engine" light that had been on for over a week.

Guess what! The truck died on the way home tonight. I went to pick qe and his tools up on the side of I-95, just got back. Now at least there's no need to drop off the truck between now and Monday when said tool-boss was going to get the "take this job and shove it" moment.

I'm going to go get shit-faced drunk now.
