Newly close friends are great for infusing my energy levels, particularly the Joe.
My niece is responding very well to chemo and they'll be tapering the steroids and such down probably this week

quiet_elegance's job evaporated when his boss was canned about a week and a half ago. Please direct queries for details to him. Yesterday's insult to injury is that the old boss is now charging rent for use of the space.

he's already had 3 job interviews, one quite good, so we'll see.
The back-log of projects he's had are getting done after over 2 years of dormancy
He is only going to take the right job not the right now job.
the $ is quite OK for now, even with a new car payment to add to the tally. By next month knock wood the regular paycheck will return.

I'd like to think the tally of good things outweighs the one nasty bad. This, too, shall pass.
