My current custom-order Etsy patron told me, belatedly, that she was out of the country until last Saturday. She said she'd get back to me once she was home. Well, it's now been a few extra days and no word. At what point do I say "helloooo? Are we present?" I don't want to be pushy, but we sort of had an agreement.
edit: Ok. Sent a short note.

Just go ahead and send a short note ("Hope everything's going well, let's pick up where we left off before you left the country."), especially if you need information or a payment to keep going on the custom work.

yeah. Thirded. Likely she's trying to get on top of a million things and isn't ducking you, just is, well, trying to get on top of a million things.

A short email is easy to send and she can reply when convenient. It's pretty much the least naggy way to contact her. If nothing happens in another week, then maybe a phone call?
