lifecollage are in the process of discussing product pictures and the other thing I need is to work on showing scale.

I use one of my 5 photos (use all 5 photo slots, it does help!) with my piece either in my hand, or next to a ruler. That helps with showing scale.

As luck would have it, I've just started working on my own Etsy representation. It's a work in progress, but eventually, I hope to have a storefront up and stuff to sell. Like just fabrics, for now. Etsy folk are mostly DIY-crafty folk anyway. ;-)

(I'm planning to add dresses to the offerings eventually, likely once I've finished the 2011 Collection)

Good luck! I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed by Etsy. Some people are successful. I would say I have a place-holder that sells a small thing every 6-8 months. I do not have the marketing gene at all, nor do I have the energy to find my marketing gene. Who knows- I hope you kick ass, though. Hugs
